TU : Sustainable Management Basics

Exploring key issues in innovation and sustainable development during the debate with Professor Dante Leyva De la Hiz

On December 19, the heads of our non-core Sustainable Management Basics program, Prof. Jean Marie Courrent and Prof. Geraldine Giordano, hosted a debate on innovation and sustainable development, enriched by the presence of Prof. Dante Leyva De la Hiz.

Professor Leyva brought a unique perspective to the discussion based on his diverse research experience in topics such as environmental innovation, digitization, and sustainable development, as well as corporate behavior in green innovation on an international scale.

TheTU IDIL students, who were responsible for moderating the debate, took the initiative to kick off the discussion by asking thought-provoking questions on various topics. Topics such as democratization and power relations, the circular economy, transparency, reporting relationships and company size, and government regulation were discussed.

The interaction between the students and Mr. Leyva allowed for an in-depth exploration of several current issues in green innovation and sustainable development.
