IDIL at SFRI’ Day | A Milestone for Graduate Programs in France

Last week, Mathieu Sicard (Co-Director of the IDIL Graduate Program) and Camille Paulhan (IDIL Project Manager) represented IDIL at Paris-Saclay University during the 𝙎𝙁𝙍𝙄’ 𝘿𝙖𝙮.

🔬 A key event for structuring education through research
This meeting brought together the 19 universities selected through the SFRI (Structuring Education through Research in Initiatives of Excellence) call for proposals, led bythe French National Research Agency (ANR) and supported by France 2030.

Flash presentations to share progress
Each program took on the challenge of an 180-second pitch, presenting its progress, experiences, and outlook to the audience. A great opportunity for IDIL to showcase its achievements and ambitions!

👩‍🏫 Themed workshops to shape the future
The afternoon was devoted to collaborative workshops focused on the major challenges facing the sustainability and evolution of these initiatives:

✅ Institutional and financial sustainability
✅ National and international appeal
✅ Training through research
✅ Development of the PhD Track

🌍 An inspiring event for the future of IDIL
We would like to thank Paris-Saclay University for organizing and hosting this event. We are leaving with new perspectives and concrete ideas to strengthen IDIL’s impact!
