CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR IDIL 2026 MIRROR DOCTORAL PROJECTS

The IDIL Graduate Program is pleased to announce the opening of the 2026 call for applications for six new paired doctoral projects, corresponding to 12 fully funded doctoral contracts.

🔍 What is a mirrored doctoral project?

A "mirror" doctoral project combines two complementary dissertations within a single multidisciplinary project.

Each dissertation project is co-supervised by advisors from different disciplines, fostering collaboration around the key themes: Feed, Care & Protect.

🔬 Who can apply?

This call is open to all faculty members and researchers with HDR status at the University of Montpellier and the Institut Agro

📅 Key Dates

・ Opening of the application portal: December 15, 2025
・ Deadline for project submissions: February 9, 2026
・ Announcement of selected projects: early April 2026
・ Start of doctoral contracts: October 2026
